When can i start fundraising for 2024?


Registration is currently open.  Participants can register today and create their fundraising page and 2024 campaign.   Once we announce the plans for the spring and fall events, your fundraising page and registration can be easily transitioned if necessary. 

How do I register for the Torch Relay for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals online?

Go to the "register" button and you will be guided through the registration process. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email receipt.

Do I need to join a team to register?

Not at all. While there is an option to start a team or join a team if you would like to get your friends, family and co-workers together, many participants join as individuals.

Is my information secure? ​

Yes. Every effort is made to protect your information. We use industry-standard SSL encryption techniques to make sure that your credit card information, passwords, and personal information travel securely over the Internet. We have also installed an encryption engine on our database server so that your data is securely stored.

Donations & Website

Can friends and family make a donation to a Participant by going through the main website?

Yes. On the home page of the website for the participant's city, friends and family can locate a Participant by clicking on "Fundraiser Search". By typing in the name of the Participant, they will be directed to the Participant's personalized fundraising page.

How can I see who has donated to me?

Go to the Log-in section on the site. Use the Username and Password that you created when you registered for the event. You can then view your Donor list and the amounts that have been donated.

I forgot my Username and Password. How can I find out what they are?

Remember that your username and password are case sensitive. Click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the Login In window. You will receive an email with your username and password.

where do i mail a donation check?

Donation checks can be mailed to The Torch Relay for CMN Hospitals, PO Box 692589, Orlando, FL 32869. Be sure to include your name and event city to ensure you receive credit for the donation.  Overnight donations can be mailed to The Torch Relay for CMN Hospitals, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, FL 32836.


Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are permitted outdoors (unless a specific city ordinance prohibits animals), but must be kept on a leash at all times.

How much money do I need to raise in order to participate?

We ask that all participants raise at least $50 to help support their local Children's Miracle Network Hospital.

I have a disability, am I still able to participate?

It is a policy of The Torch Relay to make reasonable accommodations whenever necessary for all volunteers and participants with disabilities.

Since The Torch Relay for CMN Hospitals is a national event, how are the funds distributed to the local hospital?

All funds raised are tracked to the individual participant (and team, if applicable),and distributed at the conclusion of The Torch Relay to the participant's local CMN Hospital.
